EUMASEIKI DU5 series 5-axis vertical maching centres is cantilever design.The bed is the fundamental part supporting the machine tool and other various parts.The column is installed on the upper part of the bed.The saddle transverse moving along the column as X-axis,The sliding seat placed on the saddle to drive the spindle box for longitudinal moving as Y-axis. The spindle box placed on the slide seat and drives the spindle in vertical direction moving as Z-axis.The BC-axis tilting rotaty table is installed on one fixed support side and driving by another side servo motor in column.After multiple optimizations and redesigns,the overall structure has now achieved unprecedented high dynamism and stability, with many advantages of easy operation, high efficiency, precision, compactness, and flexibility.Machine spindle, ball screws, guideway, bearings, table, and other major components all using internationally renowned brands.Customized configuration is our expertised task.
