EUMASEIKI DX5 series Multifunctional 5-axis machining centre is upper gantry-type design. The machine frame consists of two side walls fixed as the base. The crossbeam moves in the longitudinal direction (X-axis) along the upper wall two sides.The spindle ram moves in the transversal direction (Y-axis) along the crossbeam. The spindle ram moves in the vertical direction (Z-axis). A two-axis tilting rotary table, consisting of a rotary part (C´-axis) and a tilting part (A´-axis) is installed into the fixed two base wall side.The working axes X, Y, Z are moving along linear guideways standard configurate with heidenhain grating scale,as well as the A/C axis tilting rotary table also standard with heidenhain circle encoder.All the sizes and locations makes it a highly productive machine，characterized high dynamic and thermal stability for high accuracy machining.Spindle and other configuration requirement customization is our expertised task.
